      turn on water taps then turn Off water at main vale you will see water stop running .Take cap off tap remove screw take cover off then use a spanner to remove valve turn anti clock wise take out valve you will see rubber washer remove ,and, replace with new one tighten up valve clock wise put on cover install screw tighten put cap cover on turn on water water flows no air locks turn off taps should be no leaking tap .good luck.
