    if you have 5 foot access to private beach can you walk whole beach

    In the US, nobody owns the beach below tide line, so those who think they do, are not informed correctly.  Above the tide line, they can own.  So, it is public property to be below tide line, problem is getting there without trespassing!

    In Australia there is no such thing as a private beach.The entire coastline is Crown land making it public property.
