Migration is what birds do when they fly South for the winter. They then make their way back North during the Spring to breed and feed.
Immigration is when a person applies to their government for paperwork applications to another country in which they wish to work, live, and become a citizen of that country. Documentation is the key!
Illegal entry is when a person neglects or refuses to follow procedures to enter into another country and usually continues criminal behavior by committing freud, such as identity theft, and using fake documents and social security #'s to receive benefits or find work in that country. A term used for them is "illegal alien".
