    i have a restraining order against me and the person who lied to get the restraining order is contacting me

    im a victim of rent to own scam, I filed a lawsuit for breach of contract, fraud and deceit, quiet title etc, the person filed bankruptcy, so I filed an adversary complaint (2) determine if my debts are discharged and revoke discharge due to fraud schedules. The person put a RO aganisnt me full of lies. Once obtained the person altered the order and is contacting me, can the RO be revoked.

      It is best handled by your attorney.You have already established the other party as a liar.Any contact between you two regardless of who initiates it,you will be inviolation of that order and subject to fine or jail.I am not a lawyer,you need one.

        Put a restraining order on them and let your lawyers duke it out.
