You've got the same question asked twice here, with the tiniest variation in words.
Coding is fine; it has its place. HOWEVER, a diagnostic code doesn't give the personal details and special circumstances that go WITH that diagnostic code. Age, sex, current medical conditions, family history, etc. etc. etc. are not included in a diagnostic code.
