Thank you, metal face! I live on the coast of Maine, cook fish all the time, but tonight will be my first experience cooking bluefish. I will bake it after putting lemon zest, thyme, and almonds onto it. M
Sounds delicious!The BEST lobster comes from Maine.(I am VERY bias,I live in upstate NY).Please let me know how it turned out!!!
