    why does it take so long for a support person to get on the phone

    will a support person call me back to help before one pm EST. or should I hang up and they will call my home phone and leave a message 914-346-8199

      Because a lot of other customers need support and because you are probably dialing India... a lot of tech support takes place in offices in far off lands.
