LOL... I just watched the video. I'll associate this comedian with your name from now on Chiangmai.  Are you sure this isn't really you? He has those cheeks every aunt wants to pinch!

countrybumkin, I told you I told you it's funny. Everybody should watch this comedian. He's clean and funny and that's hard to find these days. Thx, countrybumpkin.

Enjoy your next Chinese meal and be hungry 15 minutes later.

That was pretty good! That was the first time I'd ever saw him, but he was funny. Thanks!

One of the best-loved British comedians was Tony Hancock (1924-68) . Apparently at the height of his popularity he performed in the USA and bombed totally. The British humour seems to be completely different from the American . As has been said ' two countries divided by a common language'; and I suggest 'divided by different sense of humour'.

I liked Tony Hancock but I also liked this guy, humour does travel, occasionally.

Of course I can't view the flippin' thing but I vaguely remember him. I do think comedy is subjective though and does not always transfer across the ocean.

I remember watching Steptoe and Son, with the little wizened Irish fella (he played Paul's Grandad in Hard Days Night) and found it to be totally hilarious.

To me, the version with Redd Foxx, while funny, didn't compare to the original.

All In The Family was another, which had an American version, with Carroll O'Connor. I did love him as Archie Bunker.
