I’m trying to give up sweet in the new year. I love them and they don’t do my body and mind any good. I’m also trying to drink a lot of water. Other than that it’s fruits, vegetables, whole grains, Yogurt., Vitamins. Blah blah. : )
I try to keep busy. I hate the days when I don’t accomplish. My guideline “If you can’t do it all. Do something.” I wish you had given your age. I’m a grandma.
