PEOPLELOVE is giving you good advice.
Understanding what multipication IS would be a good first step. If you can add and understand the concept, multipication is just a variation of the theme.
Adding is combining two or more numbers to reach a total or sum (2 + 3 = 5). (3 + 3 + 3 = 9)
If you understand that stuff, you are on your way.
Multipication is a shorthand way of adding the same number a bunch of times.
3 + 3 + 3 is th same as 3 x 3......9
6 x 4 is the same as 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 or 6 + 6 + 6 + 6 (24)
There are a lot of interesting (and fun, to me) tricks in math. Knowing some of those tricks makes it easier, too. For example......an even number multiplied by an even number OR an odd number mulitiplied by an odd number ALWAYS has an even number for the product (the answer in multipication is called product). An odd number multiplied by an even number is ALWAYS and odd number.
A number multipled by 1 is always the number that was multiplied (4 x 1 is 4; 2,453 x 1 is 2,453)
If you add the digits in a number, you can tell whether the number is divisible by 3, 6, 9. Example: 246 Add 2 + 4 + 6 and the answer is 12. Add 1 and 2. The answer is 3. The number is divisible by 3. Since it is an even number, it is also divisible by 6. (and, of course, it is divisible by 2....ALL even numbers are divisible by 2) It is not divisible by 9 because 3 is not divisible by 9 (the answer would not be a whole number). 2, 3, and 6 are FACTORS of 246 because you can multiply those numbers by some other number(s) (which are also factors) and get a product of 246.
Example: 819 Add 8 + 1 + 9. The answer is 18. 1 + 8 is 9. The number 819 is divisible by 9 because 9 is divisible by 9. It's also divisible by 3 because 9 is a multiple of 3. It's NOT divisible by 6 because 819 is an odd number. In fottows that 3 and 9 are FACTORS of 819.
A number multiplied by 5 will have, in the "ones" place, either a 5 or a 0. A number multiplied by 10 will have 0 in the "ones" place.
Anyway, good luck learning your multipication tables. Try those suggestions from PEOPLELOVER and don't think it's too hard. It's not. Practice makes perfect (knowledge of your multipication tables)

You can learn to do multiplication a0 by learning the tables from 2 to 12 by rote. The way we all used to.
Another way is to get sme marbles .grains of rice anything handy. Then ask yourself what are three threes, now count three beansand put them to one side then another three then another now count how many in total and you get nine so 3x3=9.
You can do this with any number and if you write the "answers" down you will learn quickly IF YOU REALLY WANT TO.
