I am not quite understanding this ... but if you are complaining about being old at 39... Get yourself some serious help.  I had a son at 48.

Honey, get your groove on.  Life is a mountain of fun and adventure.  The only person hearing you if you are complaining loudly enough, is Oprah .... and that is a stretch multiplied by one million...

Grab some guts and live your life.... 109 is old.  39 is still a baby.

You are getting old.....at 39??? That can only be due to a serious illness or a very bad attitude. If it's only your attitude you can fix that and I would hope that you would do so....soon!

Why aren't you going out with your wife? Ask her for a date night. It's OK to date your wife still even though you're married. What about your daughter? Would she appreciate some one on one time with dad? You can take her some place special and have some get out of the house time for yourself.

39 is not old , get out and enjoy life, you will be old soon enough without making yourself feel old at 39.
