What are the most effective ways to handle this numbness in my hands that I have from my having mutiple scherosis ?
I' not exactly sure if the numbness in my hands does come from MS. I realize it certainly could. I wonder though if there is not a measure to combat this very uncomfortable feeling. I've tried steroids though they did not help at all.

3My fingers get numb during sleep and it is sometimes painful. I dangle them over the bed to get blood flow increased to them. My numbness is from pinched nerves . MS probably has nothing to do with your problem.
It isn't easy to write a letter, either, when your hand is numb.
