Is there a monatary fine in Contra costa Co. for stealing fruit/flowers from a neighbors property?
My neighbor is taking my peaches off my peach tree!! I was told by an employee of mine that he can be fined for each piece taken! I'm thinking to worn him with that info, if it is true will solve this rude practice.......

If the peaches are on your tree but your tree branches to his property, they are his peaches. As far as 'fining' him for stealing, I don't think so.. This type of suit or fine could get really tacky after awhile. I think that your better bet is trespassing on your property, but you better put a sign up first..
