It's when the illegal immigrants and welfare lifers get together to vote into office a man who promises to take care of only them and punish the rich people and middle class people by raising their taxes because it's unfair that they have more than the illegals and welfare lifers do. The joke is on them however. Even the poor people's taxes have gone up. Of course, the welfare lifers and illegals are still tax exempt people.....for now :)
