      Follow these instructions:  http://www.wikihow.com/Plant-an-Avocado-Tree. I've always just stuck the seed in dirt and kept it watered and have grown many a plant.....

        they are one of the easiest seed to plant ,plant them in a good sized pot((seeds need to be planted twice the depth of the size of the seed(1 inch seed =2 inches deep))keep watered but not drowned and keep warm,do this and you can`t stop them growing!!
