Well then, sounds like you missed the boat, why 'past tense'? Does he have someone else now? If so..Then just move on.. matter of fact, just move on anyway, if he still loves you, it will be his move to follow you. If he doesn't, just remember for you its a crush, for him it was love.. Love in more difficult to get over than a crush.. You waited too long is what I see..
