In the newspaper: A known crack head moved into a trailer park, he take an extenion cord and plugs it into his neighbors outside electrical plug. Sheriff Dept, doesn't know what law has been broken. Nothing is being done.

He only goes after the elderly and single families. They can not get the sheriff dept to act!

    It is theft of services...

    Daisy!

The sheriff dept refuses to make an arrest till they know if it is a felony or misdemeanor.
Sadly when this woman goes to work, he plugs in. She has tried to glue it shut, disconnect it(which she has been unable to do.) The law sucks here!

It isn't that hard to disconnect the wiring...
    Daisy!

It is attached to other electrical inside the home. She's a smart lady, but not in electrical.

I asked my housemate (he knows these things) and he said 1st. call the cops and ask for the theft division and 2nd. call the DA's office and they will issue a warrant that the cops HAVE to follow. This is theft, no two ways about it. The original cops will get in trouble.

Go to the owners of the trailer park...

Inform the electric company, they'll probably do something!

    Daisy!

They did that, said there was nothing they could do. Wasn't their problem.

WOW! Landlord MUST do Something! If it made the paper some action will probably be done by someone in a position in power. It can't go on....
