Have you got Paint on your computer? Go to Start, All Programmes, Accessories and Paint. Open your image there and click on Img (on the top tab bar), Img Resize / Skew. On the resize option, type in a number which is the perentage of what you want the picture bigger. For instance, If it's A5 and you want it A4, try 200%. Make sure the aspect ratio is kept the same so both the width and height increase by the same.
Other image editors such as Photoshop and Picture It are a lot quicker and usuer friendly, but almost every computer has Paint on it! Hope this helps.
