    my body is drained of strength,energy,ambition.what can I do ?

    As much as it may seem hard - start exercising. After 2 weeks of forcing yourself into exercising you'll find out you're actually anxious for the next workout. Having yourself on regular sports activity will pump your body with strength, energy and ambition. Eating healthy also helps a lot.
