„Sehr geehrter Prof. Braatz,
Ihre Studentin, Frau Sailaja Sreeram aus Indien,
zeigte Interesse an einer Studienabschlussarbeit zum Thema:
„Entwicklung einer Positionierhilfe für Handlingroboter“
im Bereich der flexiblen, modularisierten Systemen für die Leiterplattenprüfung.
Wir (Dr. Piater und ich) hatten dazu und zu malaysischen Studenten bereits Kontakt.
Ad Zielsetzung
In modularisierten, je nach Testarten, -phasen oder -skalen flexibel zusammengestellten Prüfmodulen für die Leiterplattenprüfung
werden Handlingsysteme für den Transport von Prüflingen von Prüfmodul zu Prüfmodul eingesetzt.
Das Handlingsystem muss seine Position zum Prüfmodul kennen, um das Handling zielführend auszuführen zu können.
Ziel der Arbeit ist, unterschiedliche Positionierlösungsansätze (Optik, Sensorik) aufzuzeigen und
einen Prototypen zu realisieren nach den Anforderungen:
1. Low-cost
2. Robustheit/Sicherheit
3. Flexibilität
Aus den Anforderungen resultiert die Herausforderung der Arbeit.
Als Handlingsystem wird derzeit ein Yaskawa(Motoman)-Roboter eingesetzt.

interest on a Bachelor thesis on the topic:
"Development of a positioning aid for handling robot"
in the area of flexible, modular systems for inspecting head plates.
We (Dr. Piater and I) already had contact to do this and to Malaysian students.
Ad target
In modularized, flexibly assembled according to the types of tests, phases, or-skalen test modules for the head plate inspection
used handling systems for transporting of specimens by test module to test module.
The handling system needs to know his position to the test module to purposeful perform the handling to be able.
The aim is to show different positioning solutions (optics, sensors) and
a prototype to realize the requirements:
