Saving about seven thousand dollars and finding a reputable surgeon may be the only answer here...maybe I should have tried Sir,G.O's remedy...lol. Okay seriously...there's not a lot you can do. I tried exercise in the gym and started seeing pecks forming so unless you want little tight flattened out squarish breasts...learn to love what you have.

SERIOUSLY;
LIE DOWN UNDRESS, COVER YOUR BREASTS WITH A WARM/HOT TOWEL AND REMAIN STILL, WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OF THE TOWEL IS GETTING COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. DRY YOURSELF AND RESUME YOUR ACTIVITIES.
IF ABLE DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY.
YOUR BREAST WILL BECOME FIRM AND MAY ACTUALLY ENLARGE.
