      Honey was delivered to from the Gods it is very useful for colds and imune system very good for cuts as it acts as a antiseptic I swear by it

        "Well Mel it did"nt work on the mother-in law antiseptic she did not go away ps Know why i would"nt let her love her.Not many guys can say that lots of love

        Mel, I always take 1 tsp of honey a day. Keeps away colds.

        hi Ann I have been taking it for about a month now as did read alot of stuff on honey and I take the manuka honey which is meant to be high no its exspensive but tastes fab lots of love x

        If it is local honey, it can help you build up immunities to allergens in the air...
