Log on to face book and as randy said make sure you delete from your computor. The password when you get on to facebook acct delete your account you will be on there system up to 6 weeks then it will be closed some people have complained that you are never off thier system and all records are kept for ever I do belive this is the case who really knows another case of big brother is watching you !

If you are selling, disposing or giving your computer, it needs to have the hard drive completely erased. Any information you have put onto the computer is still there, even if you have deleted it. Even formatting the hard drive will not keep a computer geek from recovering the data. Check with a technical person to get information and suggested programs to erase it for you. The new owner will have to provide their own operating system.
BTW: As others have stated, facebook is not on your computer, but your password and user name probably are. You could go to your new computer, open your facebook account and change the password.
