      It didn't set right or if it's one that you bake, it baked too long.

        well it could be covered with cherries to cover up the crack mmmm

        That's if they like cherries. A larger crack would still show through the liquid. Maybe it was for a special occasion and it needed to look perfect ;)

        Who cares   eat it  crack won't hurt the taste.  lol   around  here  cake would not last that long,  mmm
