Hi,if it is Nokia model phone try default security code like 0000 or 1234 or 12345.
If it does not works you need to reset your phone by using Master Reset Code.To get this code at free of cost visit the site Unlocking4free.com here they are providing the Master Reset Code for old model Nokia DCT and Alcatel old phones.You need to provide your Model and IMEI number of your phone.Then they generate the code and reset your phone.
