    I got the gremlins when I started to answer.


    Yes if you driving a vehicle and there is a unbroken double white line down the centre of the road, yes if there is a solid white line on your side of the broken white line ie;: solid line plus broken line.


    No if the broken white line is on your side of the solid white line. No if for what ever reason there is a double "broken" line.. No if you are walking across or along the road.
