      When you're on birth control, you could bleed irregularly, even during sex.

        It can be due to a few different reasons. She could be a virgin, or in menopause and really no natural lubrication, it could be that it was rough and created irritation. If it happens often she should go see her doctor, there could be reasons that are very serious.
