Can the judges openly violate the Constitutional rights of the individual citizens who lost their homes due to bank greed, and I would not have anyone in this matter misunderstand me.  I am not arguing that the Supreme Court of the United States, or any other judges, were not able and incorruptible because they have differed with me in this matter.  Nor does the fact that Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, William J. Bryan, Theodore Roosevelt, and thousands of others have denied the existence of this power in the judiciary put the judges in the wrong.  But the fact that judges are able and conscientious does not confer such power when it can not be found in the Constitution.
