I purchased a wall unit with answering machine about 10 yrs ago. I need to record a new message but I forgot how to do it. I need this phone for business so its imperititve that I record a proper message. Your immediate response would be greatly appreciated . My phone # is 305-936-9099 my name is Barbara Glenn. My suggestion is Lift up on the phone gently to remove it from the wall ,turn it over get model and serial number off the bottom of phone . Write it down . Then type in google: operating instructions for (model and serial number) answering machine.Just like that . That should give you the information you need ,not all of them are the same so without knowing what kind of machine you have it would be just a wild uess.
