    what is difference between "saved to instant queue" vs. "instant queue"?

    Though I am not familiar with "instant queue", it seems obvious to me that if something is "SAVED" to instant queue, it will remain in the queue. Something that is in instant queue without being SAVED will disappear at some point in time, probably in a short time.
