I looked up Black Lung Disease and what came up was a smathering of lawyer websites wanting you to sue.  My suggestion is for you  to contact a reputable lawyer in your area.  If they can't help you, they will recommend someone that can help you.  You can also try workman's compensation office for your state, but that is a Government Agency, meaning lots of red tape.  It helps if you know someone,  Also try a charity for Black Lung Disease.  That can easily be found online.  Maybe they can help you.  Good luck.  regards/yvonne57 

P.S. Get together all the paperwork, you think they might need, death certificate, medical information proving he died of BLD, yours and his birth certificates.  Too much info is better than too little.
