Honest is not going off on me when I ask for more information. You are choosing to use those extra things your have on your computer. I can only help if I'm not left to just trying to read people's minds.

WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?  Maybe you don't have a bad attitude, but a good attitude isn't coming through with your comment here!  C'mon, what's realy going on?

See her other questions. She went off on me because I asked for more information because I had no idea what app she was having trouble with because she chose not to share that bit of information with us. She certainly has trouble losing the attitude, doesn't she?

I came to this late,so I am at a loss to what is going on.There are a bunch of variables in any question especially with computer stuff . Does anybody really know how many O/S systems there are .\? Or which email some one is having problems with . Point is all this stuff is different and one size does not fit all .
