Why am I being rejected when I order a book when I have an account with Barnes & Noble???I
I registered for your Nook service, although I'm already a Barnes & Noble customer. When I ordered, I was rejected, informing me that I wasn't a registered customer. So --- I registered again, and it informed me that I was already registered!!! So --- HOW do I go about ordering my books if tyhere is no logical step to this process??? i cannot get through to your store in Alpharetta, GA in order to inquire as how to proceed!!!
