    I bought a used car and purchased rims in the deal. I want a refund for the rims

    the deal was handled unprofessionally. I was callled in weeks after the purchase to get a smog. The registration was not paid and I was refunded three months later. Numerous calls were made in regards to the tags and the status of the rims. No one could give me a straight answer. At this point I dont want the rims. I realize they were financed.Can I get a refund. Rims were 1799.00

      Depending on whare you live some places you may be entitled to a refund.Your local motor vehicle office should know this information.If not you could litigate in small claims court if you have everything well documented.Good luck!
