    How do I put a password on my computer to prevent other people gaining access to my internet connection?

    I live in an apartment complex and when I am online at night my computer just does crazy things and I can tell someone else is pulling from my internet. Please help!!

      If anything, they are accessing your router to get internet through you. Password protect your router. How to password protect a wireless router.


      If your computer is doing "crazy things" you could have a virus. Download this and run it.
