my father is a master painter- be aware that the paint you apply to concrete, as in your garage floor, is a special epoxy paint and very expensive, and you only need to apply one coat after youu've made sure concrete is dry and has a decent sealant. if you tried to apply a second coat, it would loosen up the first coat and ruin the floor it says right on the can the application drying time
