      Try Fleet enema which is a few dollars a bottle.

         Look for a book called The Green Pharmacy.All natural healing.  On the web type www.A2zhealthandbeauty  strange name but a great site. On the top of page there is a set of letters  in your case go to c for cleaseing. This site is like having a Doctor in your back pocket. Good Luck
