Why has my AOL email system been so radically altered?
I no longer can do so many things I used to be able to do till about a week or two ago when sudden unrequested changes were made to my email format! I can't control my email's font, size, or style; I can't use my tab key; I can't get my my system to send out email texts that run margin-to-margin anymore. What's going on here? Who decided to make these changes? Can I get back my previous format? Or should I just change to a new carrier?
