      Not being a gamer I will be of little help here. I do have a suggestion on Google try Qand A gamer forums Just type the name of the game into google and the word help  Point is go where all the gamers are and ask them . Sorry I wasnt more help

        If  you bought it online. Go to "my computer" look at resent downloads. The game should be there. Make a short cut so you want have to look for it anymore. You may also reboot your computer to finish the download.
