I have flat feet and my feet/ankles roll outward when I walk. Is there an orthotic available to hold up to heavy weight?

The articles I've read say it is caused by having high arches...I have no arch at all. My feet are flat as they can be and I go though shoes like you wouldn't believe. They break down and run over on the sides in just a matter of weeks. Very frustrating, any advice would be appreciated.

Most of us ducks are quite light on our feet though.

Especially in the water, you just float along gracefully, with a slight wake behind you...
