    3. I lost my husband in June,2009. His son from out of town presented to the court a bogus will and got his (in-competed) father to sign. I took care of him for 11 years. He denied me of my legal share of his estate. I need to know what I should do. to get what lawfully belong to me.

      Get a lawyer. Prove your husband was incompetent at the time of signing the "bogus" will. Sure for your share.
