Play hard ....get it out....build your confidence by setting obtainable goals so you dont set yourself up for failure.....and most of all learn to breath properly...routine and structure are also helpfull....If you have to take meds to help then keep to the prescription and only change it with your doctors advisement and awareness....serious stuff. dont give up... with practice your anxiety can dissapte it takes time to make changes and see results and when they do you can grow in leaps and bounds.. good wishes for you
