I suspect your account has been hacked,perhaps . In google type  email hacking . Then try having someone hack your account and reset the password so you have access. Heres what happens,once a hacker has your password they reset it to one they have ,now you are denied access to your account its that simple.Not getting back in without the new password,and user name. Costs about 100.00 dollars to get a passwordand user name. This is not legal but possible ,you are on your own with this decision. The directions I gave will take you to thesite making this possible .This sucks people playing games like this ,you must get some ninja computer skills to stay in the game.  Good Luck     Bill
