copy and paste
or you can highlight all the pics and then hit copy then go into your documents hit picturs and then hit new folder go name the folder then go into the folder then you hit the right mouse button then click paste let it load and voila
and if you want to send it to an iPod, iPad, iPhone, etc just highlight the pics copy them click the new button to start a new email to send the past the pics into the email thensend them to the email on your device and you can do what u want from there
