      You should contact who ever you paid, for tickets.  Are you sure it was not a con , especially if you answered adv on line. ?

        Hi Jenbeth you do really need to get back to the website that you orded them from asap as you do need to get confirmation on this if not speak to your credit card company and explain to them what has happened good luck
