You need to decide if your happiness comes first or your child's. If your child is that out of control then either you're not giving enough parenting attention to him or proper parenting attention or he needs help due to some known/unknown stress or trauma. Either way he and you both need help. Get that before pulling someone else into the mess. Your "happiness time", life, romance, can come when your child is 18 if that's what it takes. You are a parent first and a lover second. Something a lot of people do not think about when they decide to be a parent. No child is unmanageable unless he has a mental illness or he's allowed to act that way.
