Legal issue Lawyer time . What matters is what do you have on paper???? Verbal agreements are like smoke in the wind . Times are tough and money is very tight ,what do you think is the best solution is ? Time for some quite reflection and a plan . Once you have one you can live with its all ahead full till you have a resolution . Good Luck
