I get a responce promptly and courteously on any complaint. I e-mail my complaint that is carefully worded complete with all of the info needed to understand and respond to my complaint. If I don’t get an answer in an hour, a duplicate e-mail goes out automatically again on the half hour, again in 15 minuets, again in 7.5 minuets etc until the streaming complaint is continually feeding their mail box . I stop after the third hour to prevent a global shutdown.
