    why does my computor shut internet off every 5 to 6 minutes

    had a guy clean up computor for me now it turns on but to watch videos has no sound and it shuts down every 5 to 6 minutes

      It could be over heating or the idle timer needs to be set for a longer period of time. You should have contacted the guy who cleaned it to find out how to correct the issues that appeared after he cleaned it.
