Computer problem question
This has got to be something simple but I cannot solve it. Whenever I click on a desktop icon or any link within a website or when doing a search anc choosing a web site, these pages always open to a small box about 3 x 5 inches. Never to a full page. Each time a box opens I then have to click "maximize' to view a full page. Any clicks in that new page same problem. Does anyone have any idea on what I could do about this?

Could be that the last time you closed the tab is was minimized and when you open it, it opens the same way. If that is not the case and you are using a web browser like Firefox save the book marks and delete it and then reinstall it. Problem solved.

NO, none of the tabs were ever left minimized. I don't know what specific browser I have. I believe IE... via my internet provider which is Mediacom.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? To find out click on help and scroll down to about. It will tell you the version.
